1 Do you support replacing vote-by-mail with electronic voting? No
At this time I believe electronic voting is easier to tamper with
2 Do you support requiring proof of identity before registering to vote? Yes
The motor-voter registration is working well here because you must show proof of citizenship to do so.
3 Do you support an Oregon Constitutional amendment to require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in Oregon? No
We already have that and constantly amending the constitution is not the best way to handle things.
4 Do you support an open primary election? Yes

Electorial college was needed when country was formed, not needed now.
6 Do you support an audit of the vote-by-mail system? Yes

I will need to find out about this before expressing an opinion.
8 Do you support giving voter registration and ballots priority in upgrading the security risks identified in the state computer system? Yes
Voting is the most important right every citizen has.

It seems to be quite acceptable now.
10 Do you support restricting the "emergency clause" on legislation as true emergencies? Yes

13 Do you support privatization of public-sector jobs? Yes
  For the most part.
14 Do you support the First Amendment rights of business owners to run their business in accordance with their religious beliefs? Yes
I support the citizen's right to not support businesses that choose to insult people by refusing service.
15 Do you support the government identifying emerging growth businesses for subsidies, tax credits and government grants and loans? No

16 Do you support green urban renewal projects backed by public funds? No

17 Do you support financial and performance audits of all state agencies on a non-systematic bases to identify misuse of funds? Yes
  That would be my job.
18 Do you support a complete investigation into state agency programs charged with direct delivery of services to Oregonians? Yes

19 Do you support an audit program to track performance and accountability of projects using state funds? Yes

20 Do you support increasing fuel taxes for needed infrastructure repairs? Decline

I have not decided yet if that would be a benefit or not.

NARRATIVE QUESTIONS
The following question will not appear in the Candidate Comparison Guide, but will be included in your Individual Candidate Guide.
28 In what ways will you be an advocate for Oregon businesses?
I will be dealing fairly and (hopefully) efficiently with the incorporation laws and regulations and attempting to make them clear and easy to follow.
29 Identify two things you will do to improve Oregon's "F" score for state integrity investigations, accountability and transparency.
I will not be a member of a major party and thus, have no vested interest in any "pet" programs of my party and, thus, will be able to look at existing programs with no political baggage. I would bring my personal integrity to the investigations and make them as transparent as possible.
