1 Do you support drilling for oil and natural gas on public lands and waters? No
  I don't support drill on private lands and waters either. Keep it in the ground
2 Do you support a balanced budget? No
  I support reduction of our trade deficits by, in part, not approving new "free" trade agreements like the TPP
3 Do you support giving Puerto Rico and states access to bankruptcy court to legally impair its general-obligation debt when fiscally in trouble? Yes
 
4 Do you support cutting the military budget by not giving raises to military personnel? No
  I do support cutting the military budget but there are lots of areas to cut without going after the personnel.
5 Do you support the EPA conducting aerial surveillance on agricultural operations? Yes
 
6 Do you support land-use rights for rural farmers/ranchers against EPA's forced land grab? No
 
7 Do you support EPA temporarily closing BLM roads to give time for public hearings and a permanent order? Decline
  I think there is more to this question than can be conveyed in this short space.
8 Do you support the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act allowing the U.S. Military to arrest and detain ANY "suspected" terrorist without trial, legal counsel, or accusation of wrongdoing? No
  Such broad authorizations are very dangerous to civil liberties.
9 Do you support the UN Strong Cities Network sending foreign troops into states to train local enforcement to strengthen community resilience against violent extremism? Decline
  Again, I think there is more here than just what is in the question. I would need more information.
10 Do you see environmental protections as a necessity that takes precedence over human rights? Decline
  There can be no human rights in an environment which is being destroyed.

  Again I fear there is more to this question than is evident from the question. I need more information.

  I am not familiar with ICANN

  The reason I am running is because Rep. Earl Blumenauer has a long record of support for such agreement and as not opposed TPP.

  I support affordable and universal health care; I do not think that providing health insurance is the same as providing health c

  However, public federal funds are not now spent in this manner.

  I support a women's right to choose.

  Equal treatment under the constitution. Good decision.

  My simple view is that environmental protections always has a positive impant on human survival.
42 How would you propose screening war refugees to prevent potential terrorists from entering the country with them?  
  They already go though years of screening.
